St. Pete is gearing up for the summer with a full calendar of exciting events! From relaxing on the Pier in a hammock to celebrating Pride in downtown St. Pete, there’s plenty to do in June. So let’s go explore these fun festivities!
Hammock Festival
Come to the Pier on June 10th at 6PM for the Hammock Festival. There will be live music, food trucks, and local vendors for a full evening of entertainment and great hangs. And the best part? All proceeds will be donated to local charities.
Your general admission ticket will provide you with first come first serve access to hammock stands and 6 beer sample tickets. If you’re wanting an all-inclusive experience, purchase the VIP tickets for 2 beer vouchers, exclusive stageside hammock stands, and access to the exclusive afterparty. So come out, sample some beer, and swing to the music at the world’s largest hammock hangout!

Pop-Up Thrift Market
Looking to expand your wardrobe or interior decor with unique second-hand finds? This Pop-Up Thrift Market is perfect for fun shopping and supporting local. This family-friendly event will take place on June 11th from 12PM – 5PM at The Movement Sanctuary.
No need to purchase tickets because entry is free. There will also be food and drinks available for purchase, so you can always take a break from your shopping to recharge.
Tampa Bay Restaurant Week
Get ready for the most delicious time of year and join Teak in this year’s 17th annual Restaurant Week! From June 15th – 25th, participating restaurants in the Tampa Bay area will have exclusive multiple-course prix fixe menus. This is a great opportunity to dine in at your favorite restaurants and try some limited-time menu items and enjoy drink specials. Plus a portion of all proceeds will be donated to Feeding Tampa Bay.

Pride Celebrations
With June comes Pride Month, one of St. Pete’s biggest celebrations of the year. There are plenty of events happening all throughout the month, so check out some of the highlights here!
Kick Off Block Party
St. Pete is kicking off the festivities on June 2nd at 7PM with a block party. This free event will showcase what makes the St. Pete LGBTQ+ community so great. There will be DJ entertainment and cocktails so come on and join the party!
Friday Night Concert
Join the festivities at Jannus Live on June 23rd for the Friday Night Concert. This year, St. Pete Pride is excited to announce that Idina Menzel will be headlining the concert! There will also be performances by some of St. Pete’s favorite drag queens and kings. This is a ticketed event, so be sure to purchase tickets ahead of time here.
St. Pete Pride Parade
This annual parade is one of the must-attend events in St. Pete. This year it will take place on June 24th at 2PM. The day will consist of the Pride Parade, TransMarch, and Festival. Going on 21 years, this will be the biggest St. Pete Pride festival to date.
The parade will begin at Albert Whitted Park and end at Vinoy Park along Bayside Drive. It will take place on both sides of the route and there will be food trucks, vendors, and a beer garden set up at North Straub Park!
